This project envisages the reconstruction of an old abandoned shop in order to convert it into a residential building consisting of seven apartments. The challenge of this project is the extent made available by the customer along with a strong and clear proviso that the general form (appearance) of the building must be preserved.

The idea of reusing existing and minimizing new resources, along with the appropriate regulatory framework constitute the so-called The House Plan – a principle that allows obtaining sufficient funds for reconstruction, while preserving the existing space solution (analysis) and the corresponding surfaces of structures, thus increasing the efficiency of the latter.
